Today was a glorious day with perfect temperatures and a productive day of yard work (and seeing how eighty years can take its toll on a wooden house in the wet Pacific Northwest, while simultaneously realizing how remarkably well a 1928 wooden house holds up in the rainy Washington climate).Her are more pieces of glass that mry housemate made, along with the flowers from the yard. It is corol how her art adorns the house and makes the day a bit brighter.
And opening (literally) all the windows on a fine spring day for the first time all year is very refreshing. Fortunately, little square houses have excellent cross ventilation. I look forward to a beautiful summer.
